Hi, I'm Len. I have over 30 years experience as a senior user experience specialist with a strong focus on accessible web and product UX and design.

I am currently a senior information architect and user experience specialist at the University of Victoria. I have spent the last 4 years leading a the redesign of their website and overall web strategy. This included an intensive UX research phase using quantitative and quantitative methodologies to develop a new mobile-first web architecture and governance framework.

I have a strong mix of B2B and B2C product experience with specialties in finance, transportation, tourism and higher education. I have international work experience and thrive in a fast paced remote-work environment. Yes, I have experience in Agile and versed in many project tracking and productivity tools.

Over the span of my career I have worked on so many amazing projects that have broadened the depth of my skills. My focus always returns to understanding users and finding solutions that exceed expectations and add an element of delight. Here are a few projects to illustrate my experience:
